Our Story
Ved.jx was founded by two University of Tennessee alumni united by a single belief: that great technology should be accessible to everyone — not just enterprise companies with deep pockets.
Jake Shoffner graduated from UT Knoxville with a degree in Computer Science and spent years working across the Knoxville tech scene. He watched firsthand as the city grew — and noticed how often local businesses and entrepreneurs were left behind simply because they didn't have the right digital presence to compete.
Brandon Marth earned his M.S. in Computer Science from UTK with a focus on intelligent systems, machine learning, and software engineering. He's spent years not only building AI-driven applications, but teaching others how they work — because he believes the best software is software people actually understand.
Together, they started Ved.jx to fill a gap they kept seeing: talented people and promising businesses with no digital foundation to stand on.
